Stick movies always have more violence than that, but at least your frame-by-frame animation wasn't too crappy. File size needs shrinking and there has to be more content than that.
Right now, I think you might need more than this to keep any of your animations on NG. This one's coloring is just too plain.
Character Development Needed
Your characters need knees and a more fluid walk. That stick figure moved like he was constipated. Stiff and jerky do not an animation make.
Overdetailed?
Not bad for 3D animation, but you should cut down on how much you put into it. I don't know anything about file sizes for 3D animations, but if your next flash needs that, you'll have to cut down on details to get the flash into an acceptable size and still have something NG-worthy. If these 3 things take 1.3 MB and it's only a total of 32 frames, then there's going to be trouble later on. You could compress some of the things into one object (like the turret legs) and other parts that wouldn't be too noticeable when the object is moved.

Good Message, Poor Execution
When you intend to prove a point, you've got to catch people with more than just some scrolling text. Newgrounds is a place for flash first, messages second. Your message might have meaning, but to the average NG users who expect to be wowed by graphics, your flash is trash. Ethics and opinions do have a place on NG, but NG is not a forum or a chat room.
The next time you try to make an impact on the people, make sure that you can catch their attention and keep it. Considering the weakness of your comments in more than just the grammatical sense , don't be surprised if your flash is blammed.

I don't understand why everyone else has given this game such high ratings when all I see is a poorly-drawn guessing game, unless the original file was overwritten.
It was unique is all I can say about this.

This is the third time this movie was resubmitted. Quit resubmitting this damn movie.
